Sonographers Downunder is a mobile, hybrid ultrasound company on a mission to connect, support, and empower sonographers across Australia. Through our onsite and online services, mentoring, and practical career guidance, we make sure no sonographer ever feels disconnected, whether they work in a bustling city clinic or a remote rural town. Our 4x4 Overland vehicle, equipped with roaming Starlink internet, ensures we can always reach you — no matter how far off the beaten path.

Led by Kelly Reynolds, Director and Lead Sonographer, Sonographers Downunder brings over 15 years of hands-on ultrasound experience across multiple clinical skillsets. Kelly has spent more than a decade working as a self-employed locum sonographer, travelling extensively throughout Australia and the UK to deliver care wherever it’s needed.

Kelly’s nomadic lifestyle allows her to follow her passion: providing ultrasound services to rural communities and offering online mentoring, career advice, and support to sonographers nationwide.  At Sonographers Downunder, we’re not just about scans — we’re about supporting the human behind the probe. Our mission is to help sonographers thrive in their careers, build confidence, and feel connected to a professional community, from the coast to the outback.
